Traditional, floral spring theme ( summer greenhouse theme)
one outfit (maybe 2nd ouftfit for baby. depends on baby’s condition)
outfit (ex.hanboks) must be prepared by the client.
(outfit doesn’t have to be a hanbok)(NEW) free baby hanbok rental from us if you want. ^^
includes family photo, baby alone shots, sibling photos + doljabi scene
The dohl table with fresh floral set , cake, cookies and tteok/Korean desserts will be prepared ( included)
remaining balance : paid on session date in cash/check

IMAGES and COPYRIGHTS: the photographs produced by STORYBYMIA Photography are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without STORYBYMIA Photography's explicitly written permission. Upon final payment by the client, the client has limited copyright ownership of the resulting images Which may be used only for personal use and may not be copied ,or reprinted without express permission of STORYBYMIA Photography. This permission is included with high resolution disks, with which the owner may make prints for personal use and sharing, as well as use for their personal blogs, sites, and social networks. The owner may not re distribute the disk in any manner. The Client must obtain written permission from, and compensate STORYBYMIAPhotography prior to the CLIENT, or its friends/ relatives publishing or selling the images for profit.
MODEL RELEASE. The CLIENT & Subject hereby grant to STORYBYMIA Photography and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same; and to copyright the same. The CLIENT hereby releases STORYBYMIA Photography and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY: In the unlikely event that the photographer is injured or becomes too ill, or has an extreme emergency that prevents him from photographing the event, STORYBYMIA Photography will make every effort to reschedule the event. If for whatever reason this is not possible, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the package purchased. STORYBYMIA Photography takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing the photographs. However, in the unlikely event that photographs have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond STORYBYMIA Photography's control, STORYBYMIA Photography liability is limited to the return ofall payments received for the portrait package.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Client understands that by entering into this agreement,Photographer is foregoing other photographic jobs. $650 (50%) non-refundable retainer fee is due at time of signing this agreement. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the portrait session/agreement by Client, the deposits paid are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary. Forty-eight hours notice of postponements or cancella- tions is appreciated.
